You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Refunds
Refunds for Services:
Refund and Cancellation Policy
At The Academy Of Life And Health Balances, we value your commitment to personal growth and respect the time we dedicate to our clients. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.
1.) Session Fees
-All session fees must be paid in advance to confirm your appointment
2.) Cancellation and rescheduling
-24-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 Hours’ notice, and the payment will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. You can reschedule by email at Windy@wellbeingclinics.com or phone 604-316-8192. Rescheduling on website TBA(To Be Announced).
-Less than 24-Hours: If you cancel with less than 24 Hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment, the session fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available through email or phone at the owner’s discretion.
3.) Refund
-Individual Sessions: Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
-Prepaid Packages: If you have purchased a package of sessions, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the sessions have been used. Once the first session is conducted, packages fees are non-refundable.
-Emergency Exceptions: In cases of emergencies, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of The Academy Of Life And Health Balances.
4.) How To Request
To request a refund or reschedule an appointment, please get in touch with us at Windy@wellbeingclinics.com or call us at 604-36-8192. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 1~5 business days. Rescheduling and Appointments can be done through the website at a later date.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the business Practice and Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Windy Solla are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Windy Solla agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The discission of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Windy Solla. The cost of any mediation or arbitration will be shared equally between you and Windy Solla.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Windy Solla agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions mat be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
